PROBLEM STATEMENT

Visitors to ABA’s website struggle to find relevant information quickly and have difficulty engaging with the offered services due to a lack of clear navigation and an inconsistent user experience. This leads to user frustration, high bounce rates, and missed opportunities for ABA to effectively connect with potential clients.

SOLUTION

Redesign the ABA website to provide an intuitive, user-centered experience. This includes implementing a clear and consistent navigation structure, optimizing the layout for easy information discovery, and enhancing engagement with visually appealing and interactive elements. By prioritizing user needs and streamlining access to key services, the new design will reduce confusion, lower bounce rates, and effectively guide visitors toward desired actions.

My Role in Transforming ABA's Digital Presence

  • Conducted in-depth interviews with key stakeholders to gather insights about business goals, user needs, and project expectations.
  • Analyzed user behavior and interactions with the current website to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
  • Developed detailed user personas based on research to ensure design solutions cater to target audience needs and preferences.
  • Performed a comparative analysis of competitor websites to identify best practices and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Created a clear and intuitive information architecture to streamline navigation and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Crafting a moodboard to guide the visual direction, allowing the client to choose colors and fonts, and setting a strong branding foundation for the Autism Behavioral Institute’s website.
  • Designed polished, high-fidelity screens focusing on visual consistency and user engagement across various devices.
  • Developed interactive prototypes to simulate user flows and gather feedback before the final implementation.
  • Conducted A/B testing on key design elements to validate choices and optimize the website for better user engagement.
