PROBLEM STATEMENT

UBank aimed to launch its first internet banking platform but faced a challenge: designing a solution for users who are largely unfamiliar with digital technologies. With a significant portion of the user base being new to online banking, it was crucial to build a platform that was simple, intuitive, and accessible to ensure smooth onboarding and usability without overwhelming the users.

SOLUTION

We developed a user-centric internet banking platform with a focus on simplicity and intuitive navigation. By adopting a minimalistic design approach, clear visual cues, and easy-to-understand language, we ensured users could easily perform essential tasks like checking balances, transferring funds, and managing loans. The design caters to varying levels of digital literacy, providing an inclusive banking experience that empowers all users to access financial services confidently.
